Authorities at this cottage do not grant in-house services but worth noting is that arrangements can be made in form of request. Between the high sandstone Rooiberge and the Maluti Mountains, the attractive tiny town of Clarens is fittingly defined as The Jewel of the Free State. Clarens is positioned in the hills of the Maluti Mountains in very close closeness to the Golden Gate National Park and the mountain kingdom of Lesotho.
All year round, especially in autumn when the leaves turn gold, the scenery in Clarens is a magnet for artists and photographers. Clarens boasts excellent restaurants which are situated around the Village Square.
